Folded Heart
Sometimes we'd love to congratulate that special someone with a personal card, but creativity seems to have deserted us. In those moments, you can turn to the following idea. It's a little drawing with a folding template that we can use as a card cover:
We'll need:
- A sheet of paper - One of our templates. (for the video I used this one) - A piece of card larger than the template - Various colored papers - Scissors - Tape - A marker
Instructions:
Print and cut out our template. Trace it onto the card. Cut out the inside of the drawing from the template. Now take the template and stick it onto a white sheet of paper. Next, place our card cutout over the template. Cut our colored papers into strips and fold them in half. Now, stick the colored strips following the numbers. Each color on the template means a different color of paper. Fix them with tape. When we're done, stick a piece of card of the same color in the center. Turn it over and now we can stick it onto a larger card to make the card.
