Chocolate Chip Cookies
Recipe for about 30 large cookies.
2 tablespoons of vanilla powder 1 tablespoon of baking powder 200 g of flour 125 g of baking chocolate 115 g of butter 100 g of sugar 115 g of brown sugar 2 eggs 200-250 g chocolate chips (I use half dark and half milk chocolate)
Soften the butter (20 s in the microwave) and the chocolate (1 m 20 s in the microwave, breaking the chocolate into pieces and adding a tablespoon of water). Mix everything until you get a chocolate cream.
In a large bowl, mix the white and brown sugar, the butter and chocolate mixture, and the eggs. Beat with a mixer (e.g., an electric whisk) at low-medium speed until light.
In a small bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
Add the flour mixture to the large bowl and beat with the mixer at low-medium speed.
Add the chocolate chips and mix with a wooden spoon.
Place mounds of cookie dough on a baking tray, according to the size you want for the cookies (they will take shape when baked).
Preheat the oven to 180ºC and bake for 10 minutes. However, check every 3 minutes to prevent burning if the oven is too hot.
